Technical Consulting Engineer
Data Center Customer Delivery, CX
I joined Cisco as a Customer Support Engineer in 2012 and I love my job. As a part of the Customer Experience Org, I have been fortunate to explore the new opportunities coming our way and believe we are in the right place in the era of Customer Experience.
I live in Fremont with my husband and 4-year-old son. I love to read, paint, chat with my mom as a stress buster, and study zodiac signs. I also volunteer for House of Hope, an orphanage for HIV kids in India. I am a volunteer baker for Cake4Kids.
I am also a Licensed Home Baker who bakes eggless cakes, chocolates and desserts. You can follow me on Instagram.
